The undersigned applicant, or parent if the applicant is a minor, release the workshops management and the workshops facility of all liability in the event of accidental injury. Due to commitments to the faculty and the workshop venue, no refunds will be given after June 20th. Late registration will be accepted based on space available. The individual who signs the registration form understands and agrees to these terms and agrees to abide by all camp rules as stated in the introductory meeting the first day of camp. There will be adult male and female supervision of all campers under 18 staying in the dorms 24/7. There will be a late night curfew enforced based on age of participants. The camp and dorm rooms will be drug and alcohol free. This policy will be strictly enforced. Skateboards or skating of any kind is not allowed on campus. An emergency medical form is required of everyone (any age) staying in campus housing and riding the camp bus for field trips. I further give permission for my (or my child's) likeness to be photographed and/or used in camp advertising and other media.
