One day workshop to the Inner Game of Music includes:
Presentation of Inner Game theory with non-musical reading and tennis ball exercises
Music demonstrations from participants (I -2 minute solos) illustrating Inner Game techniques of Awareness, Will & Trust
Musical exercises from new solo workbooks
Group/Ensemble demonstrations of inner Game techniques from I-G-of Music video. Live choral and small ensemble demonstrations
Round table coaching demonstrated for teaching and practicing techniques
Preparations for private coaching session and use of I.G. Journal.
Learning and Practicing workshop/demo and/or Performance Relaxation Workshop
